About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in account management and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and maintaining client relationships, driving growth and revenue, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual account management and sales plans for each client within your portfolio.
  • Maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Keep detailed electronic records for each account, including sales plans, pricing details, contracts, product ranges, forecasts, and quarterly strategic client plans.
  • Prepare and present updates to the Director of Group Solutions and Managing Director.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director on contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analyses and prepare monthly service review packs.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual service performance review meeting and any other ad-hoc meetings.
Requirements
  • Security-related account management experience.
  • Account development and building relationships.
  • Capable of working with senior client directors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Being analytical, self-motivated, energetic, and positive.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Organised and good planning skills.
  • Confident and credible.
  • Flexible and willing to travel.
Desirable Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' security account management experience.
  • Technical knowledge of security and fire systems.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
