Job Title: Delivery Unit Planning Support

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide assistance and support in various Delivery Unit Planning activities.

About the Role:

  • Support the Delivery Unit Planning team as directed.
  • Contribute to the development of the Delivery Unit Period Possession Plan and resource schedules.
  • Manage Access and Resource Planning requests in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensure accurate updates and maintenance of planning systems and records.
  • Effectively coordinate resources for maintenance operations.
  • Provide assistance for plan modifications and urgent tasks.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding planning inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of essential reports.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Comprehension of access planning processes and systems
  • Acquaintance with relevant standards and procedures
  • Awareness of the operational railway environment
  • Strong geographical knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with maintenance processes and techniques
  • Experience with Maintenance Planning Systems
