Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct trend and data analysis to inform both short-term and long-term forecasts for call patterns and average handling times.
  • Manage Resource models for COO areas and stores adhering to the monthly data and forecasting cycle.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify or challenge fluctuations in workloads.
  • Perform low-level impact assessments for operational changes and quantify the associated FTE impact.
  • Maintain comprehensive data sets essential for forecasting analysis.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of concern and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Contribute to the broader Resource Planning and Operational delivery framework.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Resource Planning as an analyst in any capacity.

  • Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders with varying needs and priorities.

  • Awareness of the risks associated with the role and their implications for Metro Bank and its stakeholders.
