Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Sales Department at Hendy Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and excellence in our New & Used Car Sales operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to a team of Sales Executives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges, ensuring compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to drive sales growth and excellence.
