Role: Sales Executive
Salary: £18,000 OTE £53,000 + Car
Location: Poole

Are you a sales-driven individual looking to excel in the automotive retail industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team at a well-established and highly successful Dealership in Poole, working with a German Prestige Brand. This role offers a basic salary of £18,000, plus commission (up to £53,000), with a fair guarantee for the first 3 months while you settle in and receive training. You'll also enjoy a company car and an excellent commission structure with a desirable brand that has a large market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets for New and Used vehicles, meeting minimum profit targets.
  5. Achieve monthly sales targets for additional profit centers, including finance and insurance.
  6. Identify and target prospective clients.
  7. Arrange meetings to discuss prospects and client needs.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in sales within the Motor Trade is essential.
  2. Knowledge of the Kerridge/ADP DMS system is highly advantageous.
  3. You must be self-motivated and dedicated.
  4. Ability to work within a team.
  5. Hold a valid Driving License.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both telephone and face-to-face.
  7. Highly presentable, ambitious, and target-driven, with a passion for car sales to meet and exceed agreed targets.
