Role: Sales Executive
Salary: £18,000 OTE £53,000 + Car
Location: Poole

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking for a challenging role in the automotive retail industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team at a well-established and highly successful Dealership in Poole working with a German Prestige Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Maximize sales opportunities while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  3. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets for New and Used vehicles, achieving the minimum profit targets.
  5. Achieve monthly sales targets for additional profit centres including finance and insurance.
  6. Identify and target prospective clients.
  7. Make appointments to discuss prospects and client's needs.

Requirements:

  1. Experience of sales within the Motor Trade is required for this role.
  2. Experience of the Kerridge/ADP DMS system would be highly advantageous.
  3. Self-motivated and dedicated individual.
  4. Ability to work within a team.
  5. Must have a Driving License.
  6. Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
  7. Highly presentable, ambitious, and target-driven; you will have a strong passion for car sales to meet and exceed agreed targets for the sale of vehicles and related products.
