We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operational Account Director. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and ensuring that our team operates efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Operational Account Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Facilitating team training and ensuring that all team members have a clear record of past and future training
  • Collaborating with the training team to deliver training that meets the needs of the organization
  • Ensuring that all team members are held accountable for their work and that the team operates in accordance with established processes
