  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key account metrics, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on the status of initiatives and client relationships.
  • Budget Management: Oversee account budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved and resources are allocated to meet client needs.
  • Project Oversight: Assist in the successful execution of IT projects and services, ensuring they are appropriately scoped, sold, and delivered with a focus on excellence.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of escalation, ensuring critical requests or escalations are managed by relevant teams and resolved promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to lead and motivate internal teams and clients, driving projects forward and securing alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Strategic Business Thinking: Strong understanding of the commercial sector, with the ability to envision long-term and strategically, positioning the company's services for optimal impact.
  • Relationship-Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain positive relationships with key business clients, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in account management or business development, with a strong background in managing strategic business accounts in the IT sector.
