Job Title: Senior Account Director

About Sensize: Sensize is a technology-driven company revolutionizing the supply chain industry. Our innovative solutions empower reusable packaging companies to track and monitor their assets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for Sensize accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  2. P&L Management: Manage key accounts' profit and loss, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of account management operations.
  3. Strategic Development: Set up and develop the account management function, including processes, tools, and frameworks.
  4. Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within existing accounts, expanding the scope of services and increasing revenue.
  5. System Development: Implement and manage CRM systems and other tools to track account health, client communications, and financial metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Excellent experience in account management or sales management with a strong emphasis on handling key accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM platforms and financial management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
