This is a pivotal leadership role designed to drive the university's ambitious fundraising efforts as it prepares to embark on a transformative campaign.
The Senior Director of Development, University Programmes will oversee key fundraising areas, including Health Priorities, Academic Schools, Strategic Initiatives, and Culture and Collections.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, the successful candidate will lead a talented team of fundraising professionals, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and excellence.
This is an exciting moment to join the Development & Alumni Relations team as they enter the planning stages of a new comprehensive fundraising campaign.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading multifaceted fundraising teams and managing complex relationships within a large organisation.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing multi-year fundraising strategies with demanding targets, as well as collaborating with senior leaders across the University and Colleges.
