As a key member of the Development and Alumni Relations team, you will work closely with the Senior Director, Principal Gifts & International, to co-create and lead the fundraising programme as a whole.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and leadership for a team of 40 fundraising professionals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve the University's goals.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across the University and Colleges to drive fundraising efforts.
- Lead a talented team of fundraising professionals, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and excellence.
The University of Cambridge offers a competitive salary range of £117,094 - £143,970, plus a significant market supplement where needed to attract leading professionals to this critical position.
We also offer a hybrid working model, with the successful candidate expected to be in the office at least two days a week.
