Key Responsibilities

As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will play a pivotal role in steering and facilitating the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our Digital Product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and facilitating essential planning and delivery events to ensure the ART's success.
  • Continuously enhancing and optimizing ART processes to assist teams in delivering value alongside Product Managers and System Engineers.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and effectively communicating and resolving impediments to support ART delivery.
  • Collaborating with Product and Digital Engineering teams to drive improvements in the Digital delivery process and value streams.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance metrics to ensure alignment with ART objectives.
  • Maintaining budget visibility for the ART and supporting Lean budgeting processes.
  • Championing a culture of continuous learning and improvement within Agile Delivery, fostering an environment where team members can thrive.
Who You Are

• Proven experience in leading ARTs with a strong understanding of high-performing delivery teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.

• A servant leader dedicated to coaching and supporting teams in delivering value through continuous improvement.

• Extensive knowledge of SAFe methodologies and tools (e.g., PI planning, Agile delivery methods, DevOps, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
