Key Responsibilities- Product Roadmap Ownership: Support the Principal Product Manager in reducing complexity and improving standardisation, efficiency, and agility.
- Product Planning and Implementation: Assist in developing product planning, implementation plans, and go-to-market strategies.
- Product Initiative Management: Ensure proper prioritization and governance of product initiatives.
- Product Development and Adoption: Drive product development and adoption within Local Markets, focusing on proactive demand and requirements collection and effective communication/change management plans.
- Agile Development Experience: Proven experience with Agile development and Scaled Agile Framework practices.
- Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and experience in managing product roadmaps and related portfolio management activities.
- Technical Understanding: Consolidated skills in terms of technical understanding of the product in scope.
- International Experience: International experience and background across multiple markets, with excellent interpersonal skills, strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
- IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Good knowledge of overall IT infrastructure technologies and products, and in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Customer Relationship Management: Direct experience in managing customer relationships.
- Communication and Decision-Making Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
