Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the planning and execution of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within the Digital Product sector as we adopt and implement the SAFe methodology.
  • Establish and uphold standards for Agile delivery excellence in alignment with the SAFe framework, acting as a prominent leader in our transition to SAFe.
  • Enhance and optimize ART processes, assisting teams in delivering value in collaboration with Product Managers and System Engineers.
  • Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders, effectively communicating and addressing impediments to ART delivery, while supporting risk management and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Digital Engineering teams to refine the Digital delivery process and value streams, leading initiatives that enhance end-to-end delivery, including DevOps practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., burn-down and burn-up charts), ensuring transparency in decision-making that impacts our targets and managing risks and issues.
  • Oversee the budget associated with the ART, supporting Lean budgeting processes to ensure value delivery within Program Increments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, creating an environment where team members can thrive and feel psychologically safe. Collaborate with communities of practice to develop and deliver Agile-oriented training and development programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile


• Proven experience in leading ARTs with a comprehensive understanding of establishing, managing, and delivering high-performing teams.


• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of simplifying complex issues and delivering impactful messages.


• A servant leader who can coach and empower teams to deliver value while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric outcomes.


• Extensive knowledge of SAFe tools and techniques, including PI planning, Agile delivery methods, DevOps, and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
