Position Overview:
As an NDT Level II Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to examine aircraft components utilizing x-ray and non-destructive testing methodologies to uncover sub-surface imperfections.
Key Responsibilities:
- NDT Equipment Operation: Accurately monitor and report NDT data.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections on NDT equipment.
- Issue Detection: Identify, document, and address equipment issues while implementing preventative strategies.
- Work Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure optimal equipment utilization.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality system standards and maintain specific quality benchmarks.
- Instruction Adherence: Follow comprehensive instructions, schematics, and specifications for job setup and execution.
Required Qualifications:
- NDT Certification: Must possess Level II NDT Technician certification.
- Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- X-ray Experience: Proficient in x-ray testing techniques.
- Procedure Adherence: Capability to follow schematics, drawings, and operational procedures.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with measuring tools such as calipers, depth gauges, and micrometers.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to assess and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent communication abilities coupled with proficient PC skills and strong organizational capabilities.
- Team Collaboration: Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 07:00-16:00
- Friday: 07:00-12:00
