Service Engineering Stress Liaison Technical Specialist II

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineering Stress Liaison Technical Specialist II to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform liaison duties and stress analysis in support of aircraft structural repair, rework, and alteration.
- Work with a multi-discipline team of engineers, technicians, and quality control specialists to ensure successful completion of engineering programs.
- Develop and analyze composite repairs, and create engineering instruction and documentation based on reasoning from engineering first principles.
- Review engineering drawings, research, prepare calculations, and write in-depth stress reports and troubleshooting instructions to support in-service aircraft with short return to service times.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of specialty and/or other related aircraft fields to recommend innovations to improve quality and effectiveness of company product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical related curriculum applicable to the respective job position.
- Advanced degree in engineering, or related curriculum preferred.
- Significant experience working in a post-production liaison or stress role, MRB role, or concessions stress engineer role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively work with and support a multi-discipline team.
