This role entails a commitment of 16-20 hours per week.
Role Overview:
As the Membership Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving membership expansion for our platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include acquiring new members, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and broadening our outreach through strategic alliances. Your primary focus will be on promoting our CPD certified courses and customized training solutions to both individuals and organizations, assisting them in achieving their professional development objectives.
Key Duties:
- Active Sales Development: Identify, research, and cultivate leads to establish a strong pipeline of potential members, targeting both individuals and corporate clients.
- Client Interaction: Conduct personalized consultations and presentations to demonstrate the value of our courses and training solutions.
- Partnership Cultivation: Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, professional associations, and other relevant networks to enhance membership sales.
- Sales Strategy Input: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective sales strategies, including pricing models, promotional initiatives, and new product offerings.
