Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

Resolve Recruitment is proud to be working with a reputable and established estate agency in the Bristol region. Due to continued growth, our client seeks an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to work from their Bradley Stoke office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiate offers to agree sales and offer opportunities to sister companies
  2. Conduct market appraisals and provide prospective sellers with accurate market knowledge
  3. Market properties for sale and utilize effective marketing methods
  4. Arrange viewing appointments and attend viewings
  5. Follow up on viewings and produce file notes
  6. Conduct seller feedback and ensure policy adherence
  7. Complete new instructions and adhere to PMA due diligence/Money Laundering responsibilities
  8. Negotiate sales and handle offers
  9. Assist in sales progression and development of junior staff members
  10. Meet goals and objectives agreed with line manager
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years recent/current experience in Senior Sales Negotiation
  2. Valuation level experience highly advantageous
  3. Excellent customer focus and strong sales and negotiation skills
  4. Proven track record in generating business in a competitive market
  5. Target driven and ambitious with a can-do attitude
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills and well-presented
  7. Problem solving and delegation skills and confident IT skills
  8. Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  9. Excellent organisational skills and time management
Package:
  1. Competitive basic salary of £18,500 p/a
  2. Excellent uncapped commission structure (£43k OTE)
  3. Use of pool car/mileage and long list of benefits
