Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

Resolve Recruitment is proud to be working with a highly reputable and established estate agency in the Bristol region. Due to continued growth, our client seeks an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to work from their Bradley Stoke office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating business and generating market appraisals and viewings
  • Negotiating offers to agree sales and offering all sister companies at every opportunity
  • Providing prospective sellers with accurate market appraisals and displaying strong local, regional, and national knowledge
  • Marketing properties for sale and ensuring effective use of all marketing methods available
  • Arranging viewing appointments and attending viewings
  • Following up all viewings with buyers and producing file notes
  • Conducting seller feedback and ensuring policy adherence
  • Completing new instructions and adhering to all PMA due diligence and Money Laundering responsibilities
  • Negotiating sales and handling offers
  • Assisting in sales progression and development
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years recent/current experience in Senior Sales Negotiation
  • Valuation level experience highly advantageous
  • Excellent customer focus and proven track record at generating business in a competitive market
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, target driven, and ambitious with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, well-presented, and articulate
  • Problem-solving and delegation skills, confident IT skills, and experience of using CRM systems
  • Able to work independently while being part of a small team
  • Excellent organisational skills, time management, and punctuality
Package:
  • Competitive basic salary of £18,500 p/a
