Senior Sales Negotiator

Resolve Recruitment Services is proud to be working with a highly reputable and established estate agency in the Bristol region. Due to continued growth, our client seeks an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to work from their office to focus on creating business, generating and conducting market appraisals and viewings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Negotiate offers to agree sales and promote sister companies' opportunities
* Provide prospective sellers with accurate market appraisals, showcasing strong local, regional, and national knowledge
* Market properties for sale, utilizing effective marketing methods to promote properties to potential buyers
* Arrange viewing appointments and attend viewings, following up with buyers and producing file notes
* Conduct seller feedback, ensuring policy adherence and completing new instructions
* Negotiate sales and handle offers, assisting in sales progression and development of junior staff members
* Meet goals and objectives agreed with line manager and perform additional duties as required

**The Ideal Candidate:**

* Minimum 2 years recent/current experience in Senior Sales Negotiation
* Valuation level experience highly advantageous
* Excellent customer focus, proven track record in generating business in a competitive market
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, target driven, and ambitious with a can-do attitude
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, well-presented, and articulate
* Problem-solving and delegation skills, confident IT skills, and experience with CRM systems
* Able to work independently, part of a small team, with excellent organisational skills, time management, and punctuality
* Full clean driving license

**The Package:**

* Competitive basic salary of £18,500 per annum
* Excellent uncapped commission structure (OTE £43,000)
