Job Description

Senior Sales Negotiator

Resolve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team in the Bristol region. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for creating business, generating and conducting market appraisals and viewings for our client, a highly reputable and established estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiating Offers: Negotiate offers to agree sales and offer all sister companies at every opportunity.
  2. Valuations and Market Appraisals: Provide prospective sellers with an accurate market appraisal displaying strong local, regional, and national knowledge.
  3. Marketing Properties: Market properties for sale and ensure effective use of all marketing methods available to promote properties to all potential buyers.
  4. Viewing Appointments: Arrange viewing appointments and attend viewings.
  5. Follow-up and Feedback: Follow up all viewings with buyers, produce file notes, and conduct seller feedback at least weekly ensuring policy adherence.
  6. New Instructions: Complete new instructions ensuring policy adherence.
  7. Due Diligence and Compliance: Adhere to all PMA due diligence and Money Laundering responsibilities.
  8. Sales Progression: Negotiate sales and handle offers, assist in sales progression, and assist with the development and coaching of more junior members of staff.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years recent/current experience in Senior Sales Negotiation.
  2. Valuation Level Experience: Valuation level experience is highly advantageous.
  3. Customer Focus: Excellent customer focus.
  4. Business Generation: Proven track record at being able to generate business in a competitive market.
  5. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  6. Target Driven: Target driven.
  7. Ambitious and Can-Do Attitude: Ambitious, with a can-do attitude.
  8. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  9. Problem Solving and Delegation: Problem solving and delegation skills.
  10. IT Skills: Confident IT skills and experience of using CRM systems.
  11. Teamwork and Organisation: Able to work independently whilst being part of a small team, excellent organisational skills, time management, and punctuality is of utmost importance.
  12. Driving License: Full clean driving license.
Package:
  1. Basic Salary: Competitive basic salary of £18,500 p/a.
  2. Commission Structure: Excellent uncapped commission structure (£43k OTE).
