Import/Export Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Import/Export Administrator to join our Customer Service team at Synergy Flavours Limited in High Wycombe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods between locations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production of export paperwork and product declarations, filing tariffs, bills of lading, and licence agreements.
- Identify the most efficient export routes and resolve customs delays/issues.
- Maintain all necessary customs records and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Facilitate internal control, training, audits, and compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Import/Export regulations and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs.
Desirable:
- Knowledge/experience of ERP.
- DG trained/experience.
