Bright Futures Care Ltd is seeking compassionate individuals to join our children's care teams, where we provide essential support to children with autism and learning disabilities.

Compensation for Support Workers - £29,719 annually (this includes one sleep-in shift per week). The hourly wage starts at £12.00, increasing to £12.50 upon successful completion of the required qualifications.

As a Support Worker, your role will involve delivering exceptional care to the children residing in our facilities. You will assess their care requirements, organize engaging activities, and motivate them to thrive in their daily lives. Your work schedule will be provided in advance, allowing you to manage your time effectively and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The role includes full day shifts (14 hours) and occasional sleep-in shifts where you will stay overnight at the facility.

Qualifications

While prior experience in caregiving is beneficial, we welcome applicants without experience as comprehensive training and induction will be provided.

A valid driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.
