Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care to James, a 10-year-old boy with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support James with daily living tasks, including getting up and dressed, using the bathroom, and taking medication.
- Assist with hydrotherapy sessions on a 2:1 care basis and participate in other activities with or without family members.
- Help with household chores and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for James.
- Experience working with children with special needs and complex medical needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with patience, tact, understanding, warmth, and compassion.
- Valid DBS check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Competitive hourly rate: £14.50 for Monday to Friday days, £16.00 for weekend days, and National Living Wage for sleeping nights.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata and pension scheme.
- Free DBS check and ongoing support from a dedicated Case Manager and HR department.
