Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in a Children's Residential setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 12 months experience in a Children's Residential Care role.
  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or currently working towards this).
  • Full UK driving licence.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.40-£14.22 (dependent on experience/qualifications).
  • A sleep-in rate of £30.00.
