Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, helping them to develop social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe and nurturing environment for young people.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Support young people in their daily lives, including education, leisure activities, and personal care.
  • Work closely with parents, social workers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting young people.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
