Job Title: Staff Nurse Band 5 ENT Clinic

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 5 staff nurse to join our team in the outpatients' department on the Lincoln site. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the ENT clinic.

About the Role

The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care, procedures, and treatment specific to the clinical need. This will include the use of medical devices and adherence to high standards of infection and prevention control.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Display a visible clinical presence and support the outpatient department team to achieve a high standard of care.
  2. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of infection and prevention control principles and adhere to high standards when performing aseptic non-touch technique.
  3. Ensure compliance with all local policies and guidelines.
