Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Children's Nurse to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Children's Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and young people with a variety of medical, surgical, ENT, and orthopedic needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to children and young people, providing expert clinical assessment, care planning, and clinical advice in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Participate in a flexible 24-hour shift pattern, including long days, nights, early, and late shifts, covering weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
Requirements
  • Current RSCN or RN Child registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Suitable for newly qualified Nurses or those with experience working with children in an acute setting.
  • Advanced level paediatric resuscitation training.
