Role Overview

This is a crucial position within a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the communication strategies with potential students. Following the implementation of our comprehensive CRM system utilizing Microsoft Dynamics, you will be instrumental in executing outstanding marketing communication initiatives and conversion strategies that effectively convey our brand message and cater to the requirements of our target audiences throughout their journey from inquiry to enrollment.

We seek a driven CRM expert eager to leverage their expertise in a prestigious institution with significant opportunities to enhance engagement with prospective students. Reporting directly to the Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you will harness data, insights, creativity, and innovation to improve our content and connect more meaningfully with our audiences. As part of an agile team, you will play a vital role in evaluating internal workflows to ensure a seamless experience for both stakeholders and end users.

Candidate Profile

We are in search of an individual with a proven track record in B2B/C CRM initiatives, showcasing the capability to strategize campaigns, conduct testing programs, and execute comprehensive CRM activities (preferably using Microsoft Dynamics). Previous experience in managing CRM campaigns aimed at segmented audiences while collaborating with both internal and external partners is essential.
