Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform brand insights into creative marketing initiatives that foster business expansion.
  • Deliver data-informed campaign strategies to brand collaborators and execute these concepts effectively.
  • Utilize the Customer Data Platform (CDP) comprehensively to segment customers, design campaign workflows, and conduct post-campaign evaluations.
  • Examine customer interactions and behaviors to formulate communication strategies aimed at maximizing annual expenditure and customer retention, particularly focusing on high-value clients.
  • Enhance the enrollment rate for loyalty programs, improve year-over-year retention metrics, and boost subsequent purchase rates.
  • Oversee one direct report, a CRM assistant, ensuring effective collaboration and development.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a CRM or Digital Marketing capacity.
  • Preferably, a background in the Retail or Beauty sector.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities coupled with a creative mindset.
  • Experience in managing CRM strategies throughout the customer journey.
  • Proficient in handling and analyzing data sets.
  • Confident in influencing stakeholders at senior levels.
