As a B2B Sales Consultant at Prosper Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing strong client partnerships. This full-time position is office-based and offers a competitive salary range, reflecting your experience and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Insights:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Lead Generation and Networking:
Utilize various channels to discover and qualify potential business leads, including:
- Networking events
- Referrals
- Online research
- Cold outreach
Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving organizational growth objectives.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure cohesive support for business development initiatives.
Gather and relay client feedback to enhance product offerings and services.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions to track performance metrics.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Proven B2B sales experience
- A willingness to travel as needed
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required
