About the Role
The successful post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks related to the business of the Department are organized and completed in a timely fashion.
This is a full-time role that requires the post holder to manage the team of medical secretaries, theatre utilization of urology lists, complaints, cancer reports, rota management, and medical staff recruitment within the Department.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the team of medical secretaries to ensure efficient administrative support.
- Coordinate theatre utilization of urology lists to optimize resource allocation.
- Handle complaints and cancer reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage rota schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Recruit medical staff to meet the Department's needs.
