Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at White Raven Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our factory in Bala Gwynedd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Responsible for carrying out reactive and proactive maintenance work to the highest possible standards across the site.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out PPM onsite, ensuring a proactive approach to planned maintenance and a high PPM output.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain tools and equipment in a safe working condition, ensuring the workshop and plant rooms are always safe environments.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to technical procedures and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP), ensuring all Health and Safety standards are met and that all equipment complies with Company and legal standards.
  • Communication: Liaise effectively with external contractors, represent the Engineering department in production meetings, and contribute to effective communication within the Engineering team.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years engineering experience, multiskilled with formal engineering qualification to NVQ Level 3 or higher in an electrical or mechanical subject, nationally recognised apprenticeship in an engineering discipline, and 17th or 18th Edition Certification.
  • Personality: Proactive approach to fault finding, commitment to continuous improvement, and personal development. Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and as part of a team. Excellent decision-making skills and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Working Conditions

Able to work in a warm environment, physically fit, and able to stand on your feet for long periods of time. Willing to work 12-hour shift patterns, either days or nights, and weekends. Some business travel may also be required.
