Job Description

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at White Raven Resourcing Ltd. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
  • Communication: Collaborate with production staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, with a formal qualification in a relevant field (e.g., electrical or mechanical engineering).
  • Skills: Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
