About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Shepperton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective tenants, negotiating offers, and agreeing new tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvass the local area and conduct door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ideal candidate will have an understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings

What We Offer

  • Competitive on-target earnings exceeding £25,000 per year
  • Basic salary of £16,000
  • Performance-related bonus of £600 for the first two months of employment
