About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our Spicerhaart team in Shepperton. As a key member of our property services group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and lettings growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings to meet their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills, including online and offline strategies
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, identifying opportunities to increase sales and lettings
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing and leaflet distribution to promote our services
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a high level of quality and compliance

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Ability to work well with others, creating a positive and productive team environment
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ideal candidate will have an understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
