Job Summary:

GCB Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to join our client's close-knit team in the Shepperton area. As a Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Lettings professionals and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily Lettings Team meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics.
  • Support the team in achieving and exceeding set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Achieve and exceed personal KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Arrange property viewings and negotiate new tenancies to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance and safety regulations to ensure the Lettings team remains knowledgeable and compliant.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive and motivated team culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Target-driven individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to create and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in property management software.
  • Full driver's license and ability to travel to client meetings and property viewings.
  • Brilliant rapport-building skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
  • OTE £50,000.
  • Monetary support for the first 3 months while building pipeline.
  • Company car or car allowance.

  • Ongoing training and support from the Director.
  • Funded training for Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA).
