Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking to launch or advance your career in residential lettings? We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our Spicerhaart team in Shepperton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with prospective tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvass the local area and conduct door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties meet health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work under own initiative
  • Basic IT skills and ideally an understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK and evidence of right to work

  • Basic salary of £16,000 and performance-related bonus of £600 for the first two months
