About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Shepperton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective tenants, arranging property viewings, and negotiating offers to secure new tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences
  • Arrange property viewings and negotiate offers to secure new tenancies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvass the local area to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ideal candidate will have an understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
