This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding finance firm as a Team PA. As a key member of the operations team, you will provide administrative support to 5/6 Directors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transfers.
  • Manage and process expenses for the team.
  • Provide administrative support, including printing, binding, and updating presentations.
  • Cover reception duties during lunchtimes and order office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with ad-hoc project coordination, such as events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team PA in a corporate environment.
  • Experience booking international travel and working with complicated time zones.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
