**Hotel Administrator**

The hotel has an opportunity for a highly motivated, confident and friendly person to join the Hotel team as Hotel Administrator. The main purpose of the role is to carry out the overall daily activities of the Executive office and administration function of the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administration support for purchasing along with all hotel administration.
- Ensuring that menus are correct in all the outlets and corresponding VDA information updated.
- Auditing of PW so delivery notes are recorded, and orders input correctly.
- Support for orders for Admin and F&B

- Excellent organisation and time management skills

**If you are able to demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage**:

- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, including Procure Wizard experience,

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, your hours of work will be 40 hrs per week. Working to a flexible rota with a 30-minute break included.
