About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team at iO Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new suppliers, managing risks, and driving cost savings and inventory reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize market and industry intelligence to identify and vet new suppliers, ensuring alignment with our company's sourcing and contracting policies.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential threats in the supply chain.
  • Identify and implement cost savings opportunities, leveraging your expertise in procurement and sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives mutual success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and risk management programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP, with experience in supply chain management software a plus.
