Job Title: Director of Supply Chain Operations

Job Summary:

Cast UK Limited is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain Operations to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain function, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Supply Chain Function: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the supply chain team, ensuring the effective management of inventory, logistics, and procurement.
  • Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Global Logistics: Oversee the management of global logistics, including the negotiation of contracts with third-party logistics providers and the development of logistics strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Drive Supplier Performance: Develop and implement supplier performance metrics and manage the performance of suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
  • Optimize Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure Business Compliance: Ensure that all supply chain activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing global supply chains.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
