About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Insite Stores Operative to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Support the Insite Manager in sourcing stock and non-stock items in line with customer requirements and demands.
  • Customer Service: Contribute to consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cost Reduction: Deliver unit cost reduction savings against previous suppliers and OEMs, driving efficiency and profitability.
  • Team Support: Assist other team members with customer enquiries and problems, providing a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Supply Chain Development: Arrange site visits with preferred supply partners to identify and assist with value-added activities, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities around site leasing with all departments, maximizing revenue and profitability.
