Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Compliance Administrator to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  2. Purchase Order Management: Raise purchase orders on our ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  3. Inventory Management: Update our ERP system with shipping dates from suppliers and factories, and add new items and costings as required.
  4. Supply Chain Liaison: Liaise with suppliers and factories to obtain prices and lead times, and negotiate contracts as needed.
  5. Warehouse Support: Provide administrative support to our warehouse team, including data entry and document preparation.
Requirements
  1. Administration: Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  2. Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, with experience in Access an advantage.
  4. Time Management: Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
