Ventro - Fire Compliance is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to enhance our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on ongoing recruitment efforts.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and fulfilling internal positions, in addition to managing site-specific roles. This includes overseeing internal systems and databases effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in recruitment and headhunting for various roles.
  • Adhere to the recruitment strategy while remaining adaptable as necessary.
  • Draft and refine job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
  • Post job openings on multiple job boards to reach a wider audience.
  • Shortlist candidates and conduct initial screening interviews.
  • Forward CVs to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews.
  • Extend job offers and prepare offer letters.
  • Generate and distribute employment contracts.
  • Facilitate IT and phone setup requests.
  • Maintain communication with new hires prior to their start date, including induction day details.
  • Oversee the induction process on the first day of employment.
  • Complete new hire paperwork and ensure accurate entry into People HR.
  • Manage the operator database effectively.
  • Proactively seek and recruit new operators and teams.
  • Conduct interviews via telephone, site visits, and face-to-face meetings with potential operators.
  • Ensure completion of registration forms and maintain operator/team records.
  • Communicate and collaborate with agencies as needed.
  • Keep precise records of on-site personnel.
  • Disseminate updates and guidance to relevant team members.

  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
