Job Summary:

Foundation Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and personnel on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the movement of construction traffic, cars, and lorries entering and exiting the site.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and personnel around the site.
  • Act as a Gateman, controlling site access and ensuring that all visitors and vehicles comply with site safety protocols.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to drivers and pedestrians to prevent accidents and disruptions.
  • Support general site operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • CPCS, NPORS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Traffic Marshall role on construction sites
