Ventro - Fire Compliance is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to enhance our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on ongoing recruitment efforts.
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and fulfilling internal vacancies, as well as managing site-specific roles. This includes overseeing internal systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in recruitment and headhunting activities.
- Adhere to the recruitment strategy while demonstrating flexibility as necessary.
- Draft and refine job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various employment platforms.
- Conduct candidate shortlisting and initial screening interviews.
- Submit CVs to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews.
- Extend job offers and prepare offer letters.
- Draft and distribute employment contracts.
- Manage IT and phone setup requests.
- Maintain communication with new hires prior to their start date, including confirmation of induction.
- Facilitate the onboarding process on the first day.
- Complete new hire documentation and input data into People HR.
- Oversee the operator database.
- Proactively seek and recruit new operators and teams.
- Conduct interviews via telephone, site visits, and face-to-face meetings with potential operators.
- Complete registration forms and maintain operator/team records.
- Communicate and collaborate with agencies as needed.
- Keep precise records of on-site personnel.
- Disseminate updates and guides to relevant team members.
