Nursing Associate Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nursing Associate to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to students.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct clinical care to students in accordance with their care plans and within the scope of the nursing associate role.
- Access and seek advice as needed to ensure effective and safe care delivery.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with staff, managers, and service users at all levels.
- Timely and appropriately inform colleagues and staff of any changes to student needs, care plans, or risk assessments.
- Provide theoretical clinical training to care staff, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification.
- Recent experience of working in the health or care sector undertaking a range of delegated clinical skills.
- Evidence of continued professional development and clinical supervision.
- Experience of medication management and administration.
- The ability to keep calm under pressure when dealing with challenging behaviours.
- Experience of teaching individuals or groups or willing to develop teaching skills.
- Experience of providing care to clients with a range of clinical care needs.
- Recent experience of working with young adults.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Access to specialist training and supervision.
