We are looking to appoint highly motivated Nurse Associates who have a passion for delivering safe, high quality care to patients in the community setting.

As a Nurse Associate you will be working within one of our Community Teams collaborating with a range of professionals as part of the exciting Harrogate and Rural Alliance. Our service runs every day of the year and we are able to offer flexible shift patterns which accommodate working both day and evenings.

We currently have vacancies in various locations across our community teams including a variety of available hours.

Working as part of our community care team you will develop skills in areas such as wound management, catheterisation and medication administration and you will also be key in delivering high quality patient care in the community. Community care teams work closely with their community colleagues to maintain patients' independence at home by utilising their excellent networks in the local communities. You will work closely with GPs and other community colleagues to plan and deliver complex packages of care to enable patients to remain safely in their home environment
